AlterEgos Events’ Fancy Dress Competitions be world-famous throughout Gauteng.

THIS BE HOW IT WORKS:
Competitors shalt be divided into pools throughout the day. This be to ensure that thou still get to do all ye things and see all ye things and not have to hang around too long waiting for yon judges.

Ye top two competitors from each pool shalt compete for ye GRAND PRIZE at ye end of ye day! We hast incredible prizes up for grabs!

JUDGING:
Prizes be awarded based on creativity and relevance to ye theme of ye day. Competitors shalt be given ye opportunity to address the audience with a skit if they so wish, but this be not compulsory and does not affect ye rankings. Audience input shalt be requested and considered, but ye final decision shalt with ye judges rest.

NOTE: This competition be not judged on ye same principles as an official cosplay competition. There be no categories and judging shalt be done solely at ye judge’s discretion.

WHAT THOU NEEDST DO:

• Pre-register for ye Fancy Dress by purchasing a spot above.
• Choose thy ideal pool (there shalt be 3 during the day to determine who will compete in ye grand finale)
  Please do not be late for thy pool. Thou shalt not be permitted to join a later one.

Entries shalt still be open on ye day, but they will cost R30 and thou shalt be placed in a pool based on availability.

WHEN & WHERE DOES IT ALL HAPPEN?
Each pool shalt take place in ye Orchard on ye day of Medieval Fayre at:
Pool 1 – 11:00
Pool 2 – 13:00
Pool 3 – 15:00

FINALE: 15:45
